Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. are processed on the next business day.
In the case of orders placed during holidays, long weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, the order processing time may be extended. In such cases, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time.
The customer is notified about the shipment of their order via email sent to the address provided during the ordering process.

The delivery cost depends on the selected payment method, as well as the weight and dimensions of the ordered goods.
These costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and are visible in the order summary before finalization.
Payment methods for delivery:
a) online payment when placing an order on the website
b) cash payment upon receipt of the shipment from the courier

We ship orders through courier companies InPost, DHL, and GLS, ensuring safe and fast delivery.
The delivery of the ordered products is made to the address provided by the customer in the order.
The customer is required to carefully check the contents of the package and the condition of the furniture in the presence of the courier. In case of any damage to the goods or discrepancies with the order, the customer should immediately inform the courier and complete a damage report.
A customer who accepts the goods without inspecting them in the presence of the courier agrees to the condition of the shipment and cannot file complaints with the seller regarding mechanical damage that occurred during transport.
In the event of returning goods due to damage incurred during transport, the customer is required to inform the seller about the damage and provide a damage report prepared in the presence of the courier. Failure to provide the damage report may result in the complaint being rejected.
