Terms and Conditions of the Meblenamax.com Online Store

• 1. General Provisions

1. The owner of the Meblenamax.com online store is Meblenamax Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Cracow at street Povstancov 66, 31-670, entered in the National Court Register under number 0001085185, NIP: 6783214050, REGON: 527624793.
2. The warehouse from which goods are dispatched to customers is located at: 66 Powstańców Street, 31-670 Krakow.

3. The store can be contacted via email at: meblenamax.com@gmail.com

4. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Meblenamax.pl online store, placing orders for products available in the store, delivering ordered products, making payments by customers, the right of withdrawal, and the rules for filing and handling complaints.

• 2. Definitions

1. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Meblenamax.com online store.
2. Seller – the owner of the Meblenamax.com online store.
3. Store – the online store available at meblenamax.com.
4. Product – a movable item available in the store’s offer, which is the subject of a sales agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
5. Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a sales agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of products.

• 3. Rules for Using the Online Store

1. Customers may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. To place an order, the Customer must: a. Select the product they wish to purchase, b. Add the product to the shopping cart, c. Complete the order form by providing the information necessary to process the order, d. Choose the delivery and payment method, e. Confirm the order.

• 4. Prices and Payments

1. The prices of products listed on the store’s website are gross prices (including VAT).
2. The Customer may make payment: 
   a. Via the Przelewy24 online payment system; 
   b. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the order.

• 5. Delivery

1. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order.
2. Delivery costs are specified on the store’s website and depend on the chosen delivery method.
3. The order processing time is between 2 and 14 business days from the date of booking the payment in the Seller’s bank account or from the date of order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery.

• 6. Right of Withdrawal

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent to the email address: meblenamax.com@gmail.com
3. The Customer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
4. The Seller will refund the Customer all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller), promptly, and no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the Customer’s withdrawal statement.

• 7. Complaints

1. The Seller is liable to the Customer if the sold product has a physical or legal defect.
2. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the email address: meblenamax.com@gmail.com
3. The complaint should include the Customer’s name and surname, correspondence address, email address, phone number, description of the defect, and the date it was identified.
4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the Customer about the next steps.

• 8. Personal Data Protection

1. The Seller is the controller of Customers’ personal data.
2. Customers’ personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, managing the Customer’s account, direct marketing of the Seller’s own products, and other purposes specified in the privacy policy.
3. The Customer has the right to access their data and to correct it.

• 9. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments take effect upon publication on the store’s website.
3. Any disputes arising from the performance of a sales agreement will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
